Shipping fees vary depending on the governorate.

Delivery timeframes:

• Cairo and Alexandria: within 4 days

• Delta governorates and Canal cities: within 5 days

• Upper Egypt and the Red Sea: within 6 days

Shipping time is calculated in business days, starting from the day following order confirmation.

The shipping representative will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp.

Orders are delivered easily without inspection through the shipping company.
After receiving the order, if there is any issue with the product, it will be handled immediately through a return or exchange at no additional cost.

If the order arrives correctly and the customer refuses delivery, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.
